It serves as a quiet tribute to the often-overlooked labor of homemakers throughout history, who devoted themselves to maintaining their homes and families with pride and resilience. The image reflects the physicality of traditional chores, such as carpet beating, and the deep sense of accomplishment in creating a clean and welcoming space.

The inspiration for this piece came from discovering intricately crafted mini woven carpets sold by a Syrian carpet maker. Their artistry and cultural significance inspired me to preserve the essence of this tradition. By incorporating the image of a woven carpet into this design, I aim to honor both the heritage of handmade craftsmanship and the universal stories of care and labor that these objects represent.
