Dragon Imagery | Batik Art T-shirt

I originally hail from a small city in India called Rajpur, Dehradun. During one of my trips back home I met @dondup_wangmo_batikpainter - a talented Tibetan batik artist, and purchased some beautiful batik paintings from her.

Aunty Dondup has been making these beautiful batik pieces for decades. Her designs depict Tibetan life and beliefs, with life-affirming intricacy and artistry. I am so grateful I get to use her creations for some beautiful wearable art.

Each artwork has been stitched on a thrifted t-shirt.
